If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. You may return or exchange a product to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Warranty Claims 

Moment 23 offers a three-year right to make a complaint (warranty claim) in accordance with current consumer law. This means that as a customer, you have three years to make a complaint about an original defect in a product, such as manufacturing and material defects. You need to notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you have discovered it – preferably within two months.

How to make a warranty claim

For a warranty claim, we will offer a new item of the same kind, or if such an item is not available, an equivalent item. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or damage due to accident. The warranty also does not cover lost jewellery.
